mixed experience
the hotel location is suitable for excursions because it has proximity to the main city center.
i found staff uninterested. i observed them not asking me for any drinks order throughout my entire stay at the restaurant. also, i learned too late about a la carte restaurant bookings, i heard it required a four-day advance notice, i was not able to book.

clean lobby comfortable bar helpful staff
I visit often and I stayed for several nights in a Double room. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was very convenient. The room had all facilities and was a very good size. I found everything i needed. The lobby is spacious and clean, it gives a great first impression. There's also a comfortable bar area, I enjoyed it after a long day. The location is good with a nearby ATM. I thought it was helpful. I used the shuttle bus to go to the private beach. It was very clean. I liked the night shows at the beach. They had great music. The staff are so helpful, I appreciated the support.

varied buffet a la carte restaurants clean hotel
The hotel was very clean. the cleaning staff maintained all areas very well, including the pool and dining areas. the buffet had a wonderful selection. There were also several a la carte restaurants. i was able to book a table in advance easily.
i noticed weak shower pressure, it was a minor issue.
